Cheesy Cheddar Bacon Mac N Cheese

Make the roux for the mac and cheese the way you normally would
3 tbsp of butter melted
3 tbsp of flour.
Cook over medium heat in a pot.
Once thickened, slowly, add
3 cups of milk, 1 cup at a time, allowing for time in between to thicken.
Once the third cup has been added and it begins to thicken remove from heat.
add salt, pepper,  to taste
Fun with Dips Cheesy Cheddar Bacon Dip into the roux along with about 4 cups of shredded cheese 
(I like cheese so it may have been more than that, lol, but I know it wasn't less than that).
Pour in cooked elbow macaroni and mix together
