Ah bruschetta, one of the best ways to enjoy the bounty of summer. Pronounced “brusketta”.
This classic Italian appetizer is a perfect way to capture the flavors of garden ripened tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, and olive oil.
Think of it as summer on toast!
You will need:
¼ cup Parmesan Cheese, 2 tbsp. green onions, 2 garlic cloves chopped,
1 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 loaf French bread sliced, ½ cup Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 425, combine all ingredients, set aside
Bake Bread for 5 minutes,
Spread mixture over each slice of warm bread
Tomato, Garlic, Romano Cheese, Onion, Non-Fat Milk, Cheese Cultures, Salt, Sugar and Spices
