This clam chowder recipe is easy and tastes even better the next day.
You will need:
3- 10 oz. canned clams (optional), 2 cups water
3- potatoes (diced), 4 cups chicken broth,
2- cups Heavy Cream
In a pot, add 4 cups chicken broth, 2 cups water, clam juice, diced potatoes & spice packets.
Cook for 25 minutes. Then add clams, & heavy cream. Stir gently until warm.
Add salt and pepper to taste (optional)
Vegan option: use vegetable broth.
Ingredients: Potato flakes, Onion, Celery, Thyme, Parsley, Chives and Spices.
