Meyers Lemon Pound Cake Mix

Moist buttery pound cake with the tart taste of lemon. Savor the taste of Meyer lemons in every bite! 

You will need

1 – Stick Butter, softened, 2 Eggs, ½ Cup Milk


Preheat oven to 350. Spray pan w/ cooking spray.
In a bowl, beat butter & eggs on high for 2 minutes.
Add cake mix and milk slowly and beat until smooth.
Pour batter into loaf pan, bake 50-55 minutes until toothpick inserted in middle comes out clean. Cool on cooling rack for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix glaze mix and 1 tablespoon water until smooth.
If needed add a second tablespoon of water for desired consistency.
Drizzle glaze over pound cake. ENJOY!!    DO NOT CONSUME RAW DOUGH

Cake Ingredients: Sugar, Wheat Flour, Natural Meyer Lemon Flavor, Baking Powder, Salt.

    This mix does NOT disappoint!! Easy to make both parts and sooo delicious!! Sweet with a tart kick!! Best of all great products for the price!!
